I Could Use a Massage!

So, about five years ago now I was in a car accident the did something to my neck. The physical therapist said it squished the top vertibrea together. They still have their cartlidge and all, but they "stick" together (all his words, not mine). All I know is it causes headaches, neck aches, and shoulder pain. To tell you the truth it is really bad for me to sit in our cheap ($40) desk chair and work on the computer all the time.
